A simply perfect chocolate chip muffin, moist and tender.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place liners in 12 muffin cups.
2.Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time.
3.Beat in the vanilla.
4.Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder in a separate bowl.
5.Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture alternately with the sour cream. Begin and end with the flour just until blended. Do not over mix or your muffins will be tough.
6.With a spatula, fold in the chocolate chips. Spoon into muffin cups. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Careful not to over bake them, they are tender and light muffin and will have a nicely golden on top.
